Have you ever performed on stage or given a speech? I grew up in the theatre and worked as a professional stage actor for over 15 years until I was diagnosed with Multiple Sclerosis and became disabled. I miss it.

What’s one small improvement you can make in your life? To take more time just being quiet and still. Away from devices and distractions. Some may use meditation, and others may have other techniques, but just to be quiet and still, no sound or music and listen to the world with nothing but my thoughts…
